Lombardy trophy
Bloodstained
Champions maimed
America should be ashamed
A parade gun violence played
The enemies
Of public safety
Have painfully made
Their stance clear,
In the morbid fact
That they don’t care
That an average
Of 40,000 a year
Won’t make it another year
A celebration of tears
Profiting off of of fear
The GOP hold’s dear
The NRA will smear
More blood on the wall
More bodies will fall
The count continues
To rise
To nobody’s surprise
