You have the right to have Pride
Just don’t push the truth aside
Hamas has never been on your side

Black lives matter
Don’t want knees on their necks
You don’t have anything in common
With Hamas who are dregs

If you read
Sharia at all
Of peace and pluralism they will never call
They want to kill Jews, one and all

Hamas wants to do what Hitler did
Isis and Iran always their friends
Rape women, shoot kids in the head
No relenting till everyone’s dead

If you lived under their rule
As a minority you’d be a fool
To question their authority
They want theocratic autocracy

Your gifts would be beatings
Beheadings, immolation
Sexual assault
To assert domination

Their barbarity, no compunction
Your submission is their function
They’re not interested
In a pluralistic nation

This criticism is not a call to fear all Muslims. It is a challenge to my well intended but naive fellow liberals not to ignore the intent of Hamas which isn’t the same as innocent Palestinians. Palestinians want a two state solution for the right reasons. Hamas wants separation for one reason only, to use that as a staging ground to attack all Jews.

LGBTQ and Hispanics and Blacks if they were to move to Palestine they would not be welcome by Hamas. At best, if lucky, they might survive if they kept their mouth shut and never questioned their authority or demanded equality. And Hamas would do to LGBTQ what Isis did, and throw them off rooftops, or hang them publicly like Iran’s government has done in the past.

I love my fellow liberals because they have the empathy for the bullied, but they really need to learn full detailed histories before picking sides. It is ok to criticize Israel for their constant land grabs. It is not ok to use slaughter of unarmed concert goers and rape and butchering as a form of protest. That is terrorism, not protest.
