Either/or
Is not a library
Such narrow mind
Is contrary
Arbitrary
And can only carry
The infection
Of ignorance

Boxes contain
The virus of hate
Seething rampage
They crash the gate
Propaganda
Is their diet
False martyrs
They play
I don’t buy it

The fool’s library
Is that of one book
The fool’s leaders
Don’t want you to look
The fool’s gold
Is the pyrite sold
The fool’s story
Is one so old
Hatred told
Is musty mold

It is the fire
Deliberately set
It is the bully
That feels no guilt
It is the bigotry
Apathy built
It is the patchwork
Of evil’s quilt

Chambers
That echo
Are a sycophant’s bliss
Cobra’s venom
The deadly kiss
Get out, get out
Of the hazy mist
Dirty drudge
Away from slugs
