I was just watching news on TV
It happens in Virginia
California, everywhere in between

But I cant see straight
I feel like I’m getting played
These are the days
The NRA always gets it’s way

It’s just another Massacre Monday
Also happens on Sunday
Not just one day
My “I always have to run day”

Kids active shooter train
Killer still gets 5 or 9
If they have an AR-15
Hit the mark every time

Doesn’t take long
To reload and shoot some more
Blame it on video games
We’ve heard that bullshit before

Also happens on Tuesday
My “I always have to duck day”

All of my life
Why did the killer pick last night
To shoot up the bar I was at
Shot down, shot down.
It doesn’t matter
Left with kids to bleed
Lifeless bodies found
